Serenity Lodge is one of the few properties to offer 7 separate beds - perfect for group stays. The space GROUND FLOOR Hallway With ample space for hanging coats and storing shoes; plus a cupboard containing useful amenities such as an ironing board and vacuum cleaner. This property benefits from an additional fridge freezer in the hall cupboard. Living & Dining Area The spacious living and dining area invites you in. Comfortably seating 8 people with a dining table and comfortable sofas, TV, DVD player with DVDs and kids games this room is great for families and groups alike. The living-dining area is carpeted. A leather sofa is great if you have pets. This property boasts a large picture window to benefit from the views whatever the weather! The private balcony, with seating is accessed via doors from the living area. Kitchen A fully-equipped kitchen with: Electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment (extra freezer found in hallway cupboard), slimline dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided. This property benefits from a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen maintains the original footprint for those who prefer to keep the kitchen and living areas more separated but has made good use of cupboard space. Twin Bedroom Two single beds, dressed in quality bedding await. With bedside lighting, blackout curtains and a Venetian blind, bedside cupboards and wardrobe space there is everything you need for a great night’s sleep. Please note this room contains the boiler in a locked cupboard. Bathroom The main bathroom features a shower over the bath, toilet and hand wash basin. An integrated window blind offers privacy and a small shelf offers space for toiletries. The room is heated by a radiator. FIRST FLOOR Hallway The stairs lead onto a small hallway from which you access both first-floor bedrooms. A privacy-glass partition ensures the hall is still light and airy. Quad Bedroom A cosy room with 4 single beds, this holiday home is great if you’d like a little more privacy than the open plan rooms. Beds have access to bedside tables, lamps and charging points. It also offers ease of use with black out curtains. This room has its own personal balcony (with seating), offering fantastic views of the loch. King Bedroom Accessed directly from the hallway, this room offers a King size bed with bedside tables, lamps and charging points. For added convenience this room also includes a chest of drawers, wardrobe mirror, hairdryer, and black out blinds / curtains. This room also boasts an ensuite with toilet, sink and step-up shower. Please note there is a small step into this shower. For convenience this room also has a towel rail, extractor fan.
