The space Picturesque private loft style apartment (above main homes garage) on the Pend Oreille River with quick & easy access to downtown Sandpoint, Schweitzer Ski Resort & Priest River. Just 45 min to Coeur d’Alene. One hour 15 min to Spokane International Airport. Enjoy the beautiful Northwest! *PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A ONE BED SPACE! ONE CAL-KING BED! No children please as this is an adult space not geared for children. We do not have safety measures set into place for children. And we do not have accommodations for sleeping for children. Guest access Guests have access to backyard with docks and chairs for relaxing. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for use in late spring through summer months. Fire pit for guests and designated walkway to kayaks, paddle boards and a designated guest fire pit. Other things to note Please note that our physical address does not show up on most GPS maps since we are a newer build. We will provide an address very near to us and direct you. Simple easy directions! In addition, no guests under the age of 25 years of age unless hosts give prior approval. No pets please. This beautiful space is a 1-Cal King Bed Space!!
