The old farmhouse of Goth

The house is located in a rural area in the hamlet of Goth. It has one garden enclosed with plants and trees. There are a few other houses in the hamlet, so it is not completely isolated. The house has a large stone staircase that leads to the front door and one covered terrace, where you enter into a cozy kitchen-living room with a huge fireplace, sitting area, kitchen, and dining table. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with bath. The space THE HOUSE The house has a plot of about 4000 m2, fully fenced with a 150 cm high fence. The grounds have a driveway for cars, where several cars can be parked. From here there is a gravel path to the house, with a large stone staircase that runs to the front door. At the top of the stairs is a covered terrace, where you can eat with each other or play a game. On this terrace there is also the front door of the house. You enter a cozy kitchen, with a large old fireplace (can be used if necessary), and a lounge area. Also located here is the kitchen and a large dining table. The kitchen is full of comforts and has an oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, 4-burner gas stove with extractor hood and all necessary kitchen utensils. There is also an old stone sink, an old element of the house that has been preserved. From the kitchen you walk through a hallway to an original old wooden door, again an old element that has been preserved in the house, which leads to a bedroom (bedroom 4 in the photos) with a double bed. This spacious room has an old fireplace, which was also used as a fireplace (no longer in use). In this bedroom, a staircase leads down to a bathroom with shower and toilet. Once again in the hallway from the kitchen, a wooden staircase runs up, which used to be the attic. All old wooden beams are still visible, and also here an old wooden door has been preserved that leads to bedroom 1. Bedroom 1 is a spacious bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. Through a hallway you enter bedroom 2 (with double bed) and bedroom 3 (with double bed). The bathroom has a shower with a large bathtub, a toilet and a sink. if you come with more than 11 people or people who prefer not to have to climb stairs too often, our two person gite is available. This is located on the ground floor at the house. Here you have access to a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom/living room. For this we charge an extra of €250.00 On the other side of the kitchen, we have built a new terrace that gives direct access to the garden with the swimming pool with a large staircase. Hand towels, bath towels and bedding are all provided. There is also WiFi (Fiber). THE GARDEN In the spacious garden, covered with trees and plants, you really have a place for yourself. Here is the swimming pool with a terrace with sunbeds and chairs to relax during your well-deserved vacation. In addition, there is a large shed with a lounge, ping pong table, pool table and a refrigerator. You can always use this, and if you want to sit outside after 10 p.m. with some nice music, you can sit here perfectly. we live in a converted barn on the property with its own private garden. So you have complete privacy. However, we are always available if you need us. Guest access As a guest you have access to the entire house plus a large part of the garden. This is the pool area. The house and garden are only for you as a guest and despite the fact that we won on the property we do not come here.
