The property is extended in an area of 3050 square meter. There are 5 beautiful and cozy cottages and “Cozy Studio” is one of them. Surrounded by green trees and bushes cottages are hidden in the green letting guests feel the vibes of nature. Location: Situated in the Northern side of Kathmandu city. It is approximately 8 Kms away from the Tribhuvan International Airport and 7 kms away from the city center. Address: NEEL KUNJA, United Colony, Italitar, Budhanilkantha Municipality Ward No 6. Extended in a area of 3050 Sq Meter. Layout: Cozy Studio Cottage as the name suggests is a small, cute and cozy tiny cottage with all basic amenities. It consists of attached bathroom with hot and cold shower, a well equipped kitchenette with tabletop gas stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, electric rice cooker, pressure cooker and all necessary kitchen wares. It has a queen bed with 8 inches spring mattress and the bed has headboard with electric sockets for mobile charging and switches for bed lights. There is a working space with desk and chair. It also has living area and dining area with necessary furnitures. It has a bamboo sofa and center table in the sitting area. The room has AC for cooling and heating the room as per the guests need. There is a small porch at the front which can be used for outdoor sitting and also a suitable place for smoking where arrangements for smokers has been set. Guest access Guests can access all non private areas within the premises. Washing area: there is a common washing area in the premises where washing machine is placed and there is no dryer but there is a string in the open area where clothes can be dried on the sun.
