Close to the vibrant Manly Village Cafe Precinct, Marinas, bustling weekend markets, waterfront walking, biking, parklands. 10 min walk to train station. Its quiet here in leafy Lota but close to a myriad of activities. We enjoy fabulous bay breezes as we are right on the Esplanade . When at home you can relax in your own fully self contained modern 2 bedroom lower level of our house with exclusive use of the pool & BBQ. A perfect short or long stay. VERY CONVENIENT TO RQYS & SLEEMAN COMPLEX. The space Bedroom One has a comfortable Queen size bed and Bedroom Two has two King Singles for the added comfort of adult guests. They are tastefully furnished and both are airconditioned and equipped with ceiling fans for year round comfort. Quality bath towels and pool towels are provided during your stay. For stays of longer than 7 days additional bed linen and towels will be provided. The large bathroom is accessed directly from each bedroom. It has a huge walk in shower, double vanity and separate private toilet with a frosted glass door. The lounge room is bright and airy with modern furniture and thoughtful touches to make you feel right at home. It has a 55inch smart TV including Netflix for you to sit back, relax and enjoy. There is a small desk in the room, ideal for a laptop work space. There is a round dining table and 4 chairs for your meals. Additional seating is on the covered balcony accessed from glass sliding doors from the lounge room with another table and 4 chairs and the Weber BBQ. This overlooks the sparkling swimming pool which is your private oasis. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen / laundry. Under bench oven with ceramic glass cooktop, overhead extractor fan and light. A microwave, toaster, electric kettle, sandwich press, rice cooker and a Nespresso coffee machine. A starter supply of coffee pods are provided. A Bosch dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are here for your convenience and a full size fridge/freezer. Guest access You have exclusive use of the back garden with full size swimming pool, Weber BBQ and outdoor seating areas as shown in the photos. The swimming pool is fully fenced and complies with current council regulations. Quality sunbeds with overhead shade umbrella are provided for you to relax in comfort poolside.
