It has 3 bedrooms (3 with a/c) and 3 bathrooms and a w.c, a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, dish washer, toaster and coffee maker, a living room with TV and wonderfull big verandas which overlook Parikia port and the whole bay. In the yard there are facilities such us BBQ, Sun-beds, Beanbags, chairs, coffee tables and so on.Just 1,5 km from the port, You will enjoy the vivid life of Parikia town and the tranquility of the island pure nature. This area is so cool by the aegean breeze, that air conditioning is never necessary. Guest access You will have exclusive access to any interior or exterior that belongs exclusively to the villa.
