Well presented self-contained one-bedroom ground floor apartment adjoined to the main house but with own separate entrance. The apartment contains all you need for a comfortable stay in York. It has the best of both worlds - only two miles from York's busy and vibrant city centre, yet situated in a quiet rural location. It is a short distance to the York Outer Ring Road (A1237) from which other arterial roads such as A64, A59 and A19 can be easily accessed. We look forward to welcoming you! The space Modern apartment containing:- Bedroom with double bed (duvet and Hungarian down pillows), wardrobe with hangers, freshly laundered dressing gowns, drawers, bedside tables and luggage rack; Kitchen with fridge containing a small freezer compartment, microwave, oven, hob, pans and bowls utensils, toaster and kettle and slo-cooker during winter season; Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, freshly laundered towels, washing machine/dryer and hairdryer; Lounge with sofa, armchair, dining table and chairs, TV featuring Sky box with access to Prime and Netflix; Entrance lobby entered via a step up from the garden area with coat hanging space, iron and ironing board. There is a small patio area outside the Apartment with a table and two chairs. Free Wi-Fi available. Suitable for couples or solo guests. There is secure free parking at The Old Dairy Apartment. Please note, the space does not lend itself to wheelchairs and mobility devices. Other things to note Upon arrival at The Old Dairy Apartment, there is a welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar, butter, eggs and bread and cake or biscuits. There is ample free and secure parking next to the Apartment. Check in time is from 15:00 hours (although we can be flexible if there are no guests leaving that morning). Check out time is by 11:00 hours (again, we can be flexible if there are no guests arriving that same day). For guests who are travelling onwards, we are happy to look after bags for you until you are ready to leave. Please note that a minimum stay of three nights is required.
