We are located in Jalan Haji Karim, Fajar Commercial Centre in Tawau town, surrounded by restaurants, banks and shops. We provide a comfortable stay for guests who are visiting Tawau. Guests can also book our homestay for meetings, events or workshops. The space This homestay comes with 3 bedrooms+3 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchenette. > Maximum 10 people including children 3 years old and above. >There are 2 pull out sofa beds in the living room which can sleep an extra 4 people. >Charges for extra person will be RM35/person/night. >Free usage of WIFI and a TV box with Netflix where guests can enjoy unlimited entertainment with various movies and TV shows. Guest access Street parking below our homestay and Grabcar is easily accessible. Other things to note We are located on the 1st floor of a shoplot. No lift but need to walk the stairs. We collect a RM200 security deposit before check in via deposit/instant bank transfer (cash not accepted). STRICTLY Non-Smoking unit (penalty RM200 if house smells of smoke) Guests must agree to our House Rules.
