Cozy, comfortable and equipped apartment. Wifi and AC (Air Condition) and public parking The space Very nice Two bedroom apartment located in the heart of historical center of Rossano. Double bed and Sofabed in the living can accomodate two more person. Situated in one of the middle parts of the city overlooking mountains and sea at the same time. This apartment located on the 1st floor will meet your needs. It is only 4km distance from the seafront and the bus stop is just few steps from the house. The street below the apartment is filled with restaurants, pizzeria's, and bars. The market is a 5 minute walk if you need groceries. It consists of: living room with fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed, a bedroom located on the mezzanine floor with walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower, air conditioning and heating, fireplace and TV with DVD. We are a family from Rossano between the ages of 55 and 30, we will be very helpful in case you need assistance for further needs. The house is provided of everything you need to cook (seasonings, salt, olive oil, ...) and to make breakfast (Caffè, te, sugar, brioches...). The house is provided also of big and small towels and soaps for the bathroom (Shampoo and Shower gel). The house is 10 min car distance from the seaside, 10 min distance from the Acquapark Odissea 2000. Wifi / internet is provided. You will find username and password in the house. Once you enter in the house we give a list with all the hotspot in the city where you can access free internet. The is provided by independent autoclave (engined water tank) which allow to solve the problem of lake of water in case of need. Guest access Available public and free parking in order to park the car next to the house. Quiet and safe area Other things to note The city of Rossano it can be reached by train, bus. The most close airport is the Lamezia Terme (SUF) airport. From the airport there is a dedicated bus that bring you to city ( check the company Andirivieni Travel). If you come from the airport of Milan or Rome you can take the bus ( check one of this bus companies Simet, IAS Scura, La Valle). There is also a public transportation to move inside the city, from the historic center to the seaside, but since the low frequency a bus every 30 min/ 1h depending on the touristic season I would suggest to rent a car. We have a car rental service in the city ( check the company "Maggiore").
