It's a great apartment for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space You'll be staying in my 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom apartment. Extremely well kept, brand new apartment. Rooftop courtyard and BBQ area with views over St. Kilda to the bay which is gorgeous at night. Huge balcony which is great to spend time lounghing during the summer months or for the winter time there is an outdoor patio heater to keep you cosy. Lounge consists of a 55" TV with Netflix and Stan available and free WiFi. Dining area: There is a covetable dining table sits 4 guests and foldable chairs stored in the wardrobe. Bedrooms has 2 deluxe queen size bed. The couch is very comfortable and is great for evenings on the couch binge-watching shows on Netflix. Split system heater/air conditioner lounge area while the large balcony door will provide a beautiful breeze in the summer months. The apartment is North East facing so the sunrises are magical where you will see the occasional hot air balloon drift by. There is also a front loader washing machine and dryer in a euro laundry which you are welcome to use. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire place for the duration of their stay. Other things to note No smoking inside the apartment. On the balcony is fine. Must put away the cigarette butts. Fine may apply otherwise. Please respect neighbours with noise levels as it is a nice and relatively quiet block
