Comfortable, spacious private room in popular area of Old East Side. Listing includes private bathroom and toilet for guests and many spaces within our shared home for quiet relaxation. Our house is a short distance from town, but conveniently located near to beautiful bush walks and the historic Old Telegraph Station. The space Our home has both heating and cooling to keep it comfortable through hot summers and cool winter nights. Guest linen and towels are provided and you will also have access to some breakfast supplies to make your own continental breakfast. Tea and coffee are also provided, and guests will have access to their own fridge. Guests may use the shared kitchen to prepare food in by arrangement with your hosts.
