Camlann Cottages (Self-Catering Bungalows)

Two spacious and naturally cool self-catering cottages charmingly furnished and fully equipped for your vacation and business needs in and around Dumaguete. Each cottage accommodate two to four guests in two queen size bedrooms. The space Why have a Room, when you can have a HOME? Camlann Cottages was built using mixed building materials. The wall main structure is made of solid concrete wall. But the roof is made out of native materials such as amakan, sacsac and the thick layer membrane (that sandwiched them all) and a bit of cogon - that sparrows and other birds love to perched on every morning. So it stay cool inside even during the scorching heat of the sun on midday. Floor is made out of baked terracotta red tiles. All the wooden furnitures and light interiors were handmade. The 2 cottages in the compound were all identically designed, with a floor area of 72 sq meters. Guest access Amenities available for each cottages: Cooking Facilities (Microwave, Gas Hob, Toaster, Rice Cooker, Boiler Kettle, Cooking Wares)/ Free Wifi/ Free Electric, Drinking Water and Gas/ Fridge & Freezer/ Hot and Cold Shower/ Large 50" LCD TV/ Individual Safety Box/ Sprung Mattresses/ Wall Safe/ Washing Facilities/ 1 Bedroom has a Split Type Aircon/ Emergency Light and Fire Extinguisher Other things to note Please be informed, that the rate for 1 to 2 guests is Php900 a night. For 3 guests it is Php 1500 a night. For 4 guests it is Php 2000 a night. And Php 7000 for weekly stay. Php 300 for extra person additional charge daily. Each cottages can only accommodate maximum of Five Adult persons. For large groups better inform us ahead first. Formal ID is required for guests over 16 years old, as IDs will be photographed upon check in or guest's/guests' arrival. Security deposit is collected upon arrival. Php1000 for daily check in guests. Php5000 for weekly guests. Php10000 for monthly guests. Php18000 for long term guests. Security deposit is refundable as long no damages, no excess of Php500 for electricity bill, and no lost gate cards. If any of the mentioned is present, there will be deductions. Washing Facilities such as use of Washing Machine is set up. But we can assign a paid laundry service of Php150 minimum of 5 kilos (and extra is Php35 per kilo) if you want to avail of such. We urged our guests to conserve electricity. Upon check in we note down their meter reading and do the same upon check out. It is Php11 per kilowatts. So if the total electricity expense is more than Php500 they pay the excess charge. All of the check in guests were given a gate card access to the electronic gate and key to their cottage door. If by chance they forgot to bring their keys and gate card with them, and require any of our staff or tenants in the cottage to open them., if they get locked outside. We will charge Php500 for the inconvenience they brought on.
