Scenic Views

Our House is perched on the side of a hill amongst the gum trees on 10 acres and is the perfect place to relax. Read a book, walk amongst the gum tress, watch the wildlife, sleep in or use as a staging point for wider ranging in the area. The space Trees everywhere... A great house for chillaxing in... A Dam with Yabbies, frogs and maybe a small fish or two. If you are quiet then Kangaroos, Wallabies, Wombats, Possums, Koala's, Echidna's, Parakeets, Cockatoos and a fox or two are about. Modern kitchen, two lounge areas with TV's an xBox, Foxtel, DVD player, swings for the kids, board games, basketball hoop... Guest access Apart from some of our pantry items, the tractor and other maintenance equipment you have access to all of the property. Other things to note We have a special needs son in a wheelchair so the house can be equipped with a portable hoist, shower stretcher and a safe single bed that will take an adult. The area is steep so a manual wheelchair will be restricted but an electric chair can go most places. The house is on filtered tank water but there is plenty for nice long hot showers.
