Public transport Self checkin The space A relaxing and warm environment, not great 40 m2 well structured. A double bedroom with French window onto the balcony, a lounge/living room with TV and full kitchen, and a bathroom. Aluminum windows, double glazing, independent heating and air conditioning guarantee a private and comfortable environment. The double bed is slatted with a new memory foam mattress. The apartment is equipped with: - bed linen and bathroom linen (set of 3 towels for each guest). - hair dryer. - first aid kit. - fridge, freezer, hob, oven, crockery and pots. - iron and ironing board. - traditional Moka coffee maker.. - toasters. - kettle. - Wi-Fi internet You will also find an initial supply of: Liquid soap dispenser. Shower gel / Shampoo. Dish soap dispenser. sponge. Toilet paper. NB: Accommodation for two people is ALWAYS provided in a double bed. On request it is possible to set up a second single bed with the supply of sheets at a surcharge of € 20. To be requested TO THE RESERVATION. The sofa cannot be used as a bed without having requested the dedicated sheets. For stays longer than a week, a replacement set of bed linen and towels is provided Guest access A living room with sofa that converts into a real bed, LED TV and equipped kitchen. Room with double bed and a small 18th century tombeau. A small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Access to the bathroom is from the living room. It is a typical late 19th century railing house, with its balcony, a stereotype of many houses in the neighborhood. The apartment is on the third and top floor, without a lift; once you have crossed the door of the accommodation, a warm and relaxing environment will welcome you. Lights, furniture, fabrics and accessories have been chosen to make you feel at home; not the cold and tidy rigor of a hotel room, but a hospitable nest, perfect for a weekend or a short holiday, to discover Turin and the magic that surrounds it. Other things to note STAIRS: the apartment is on the third floor without a lift. CHECK OUT: Before leaving the keys make sure that the iron gate on the balcony is open. PARKING: It's free, just 400 meters from home. The free parking area starts from Corso Tortona. See the map in the PHOTOS section. Under the house there is a paid parking at a cost of € 1.50/hour (from 8 to 19.30). Possibility of purchasing a day ticket for €10. (Tickets can be purchased at tobacco shops and newsagents) Sunday is free.
