The house is located on a plot of 4000 m2, it stretches down to the sea (beach) distance of 40 meters, with paved driveway to the pier or beach.The whole plot offers exceptional peace and robinson type of tourism, but at the same time distance from the center of Trogir is 6km.Possibility of using two free sups and kayak for rental.The house is solar powered with big terrace, amazing view, option of bonding the ship of max 15 meters(rental or yours).Welcome gift olive oil and wine.See you! The space My place is close to great views, the city center. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the outdoors space, and the ambiance. The place is very quiet, with no traffic, very peaceful and the whole 4000 m2 is yours to use.The plot offers(depending on the weather and time of the year) the possibility of using ingredients such as(rosemary,laurel) and using fruits like(fig,carob). After the guests arrive, as a welcome gift, we give extra home made olive oil and red wine. Place is very unique...special..and one of a kind..this year we installed new air conditioner,put some new devices like hair dryer and small grill toast,also new sundecks and just overall improvement for whole house..Also we put a yellow sign on a tree just 200 meters before house the so that you can eventually find us without any problems..everything that i wrote here you can check out on the pictures...thank you in advance and enjoy:) Guest access You have plenty space for parking. Wi fi is free of charge. You can use outdoor grill and have plenty outdoor space for children, pets and for enjoying and relaxing. You can use outdoor shower. The beach in front of the house is not private...but during summer on some days especially through morning you have feeling that it is private because there are few people right in front of the house and the main beach in that bay is located like 500 meters to the left of the house..in front of the restaurant Konoba Duga.
