This is one bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment. We share a living room and bathroom. Walk up building ( no elevator) Amazing location on Wellington street in Central, a neighborhood known for an appealing mix of old and new; you'll find traditional restaurants and outdoor markets on the same streets as diverse dining, art galleries, shopping and nightlife. -5 mins walk to Sheung Wan MTR. Mid-level escalator. -3 minutes’ walk to a local grocery wet street market. -10 minutes walk to IFC and Hong Kong station, Tai Kwun, Central ferry. -8 minutes walk to Central MTR. The building is located on a quiet side street (Across the street from Lan Kwai Fong Hotel )so you will be in the heart of Hong Kong, without feeling the tightness of the concrete jungle. As is true for many of the older buildings in the city this is a walk up building and the apartment is on the 2nd floor. Spacious living room with a wall of windows and a great open view. Good for single traveler . Everything you need is here. kitchen for simple cooking only. Your bed room has double bed and 2 dressers.
