Sea Breeze on the Esplanade

Enjoy the peaceful lake waters directly opposite the house, cafes a few minutes stroll along the Esplanade and the surf beach just across the footbridge. Take in the magnificent views from the upper level balcony or stretch out on the comfortable lounge for a well earned rest. Find everything you need for entertaining in the well-appointed kitchen, enjoy brunch in the cozy dining area and finish your day with a scrumptious BBQ and a glass of wine in the alfresco area watching the setting sun. The space The spacious upper level lounge with comfortable chaise couch, large flat screen TV and entertainment system (a selection of DVDs and CDs are provided) adjoins the dining area which seats six and opens onto an alfresco, taking full advantage of the magnificent views. A selection of books, board games and outdoor play equipment is also available. The fully equipped and well-appointed kitchen has an electric cook top, oven, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stainless steel sink. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with electric blanket, magnificent views of the water and a roller shutter on the window to ensure peacefully quiet nights. The beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom includes a shower, basin and WC as well as a hair dryer and straightener. The large second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. The main bathroom has a bath, basin and separate fully enclosed shower. There is also a separate downstairs toilet and European laundry housing a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a lovely front garden to buffer the street and a sunny sheltered sitting area on the ground level porch. For the cars there is a remote-controlled double garage, there is also room for a further two vehicles outside the garage, and an addition lock up space for the boat or jet skis. Doonas, sheets, pillowcases, pillows and tea towels are provided. Please bring your beach towels. Please note that the property is not suitable for large group parties.
