Lovely 1/2/3 BR Duplex Apt in Hauz Khas, S. Delhi

Homey, comfortable, sun-lit, surrounded by parks. Hauz Khas metro is a minute away, 5 min to the cafes and shops in HK market. Gated, secure neighborhood. An independent, furnished, serviced apt, parking available outside the house. Each BR is rented separately. Every person (after the first 2) is billed extra. A 3 person booking opens up 2 bedrooms, a 5 person booking opens up all 3 bedrooms if available. Tea/coffee included. Delicious breakfasts available at a nominal cost. No parties/events The space I divide my time between New York and New Delhi and rent out our lovely Delhi home for part of the year. Our apt is within the green, secure, gated colony of Mayfair Gardens, within a 5 minute walk to the main market of Hauz Khas, a minute's walk to the Hauz Khas metro station, yellow line. We're literally surrounded by parks: Panchsheel, Sharda gardens, Rose Garden, deer park. Safe street parking available right outside the gate. This is a duplex apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors of an independent family home, flooded with natural light. The 1st floor bedroom has a King size bed with an attached bathroom. The adjoining room can be used as an entertainment room/study. It has a large working desk, refrigerator, bean bag and a futon pull-out sofa. On the 2nd floor is a large loft-style living and dining space with an open kitchen. The living room opens out onto a large terrace that overlooks a park. Two bedrooms on the second floor share a bathroom with the washing machine. The master bedroom with a king size bed overlooks a terrace and dense greenery. It's fitted with an AC split hot/cool unit.The children's bedroom (perfect for two singles) has two beds and a work desk. The look is a combination of modern and antique. Art work and books fill the space. The apartment is fully equipped with 5 air-conditioners (1 in each room), the top rooms have Hot/Cold AC split units, there's an air purifier in each bedroom. We are fortunate to have few power-cuts. There's 24hr hi-speed broadband wireless access. This is a fully serviced apartment with an excellent cook and cleaner attached. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, a gas range and a Reverse Osmosis purification water system. There are pots, pans, speciality appliances for the avid chef, and crockery, cutlery, linen- everything you need to move in and feel at home. Utilities are included in the daily rate. The downstairs unit (1 BR with ensuite bathroom) can be rented on its own for at a sister link 'A Haven in Hauz Khas.' No Cable but complimentary Netflix, Jio Hotstar and BBC player are available on the television. Guest access All rooms access the kitchen, living room, terrace and entertainment/lounge area. Delicious home-cooked meals available upon request at an extra charge by our wonderful and totally trustworthy staff. During your stay I won't be living here if the apt is rented out but will be accessible on email if you have any questions. Other things to note The key to the house entrance is a little complicated. Please make sure you've learnt to insert the key correctly. our house-keeper will be happy to assist. If you expect guests the bell to the 2nd floor is the one for this apartment. Please note that we offer a homely not a hotelier experience. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel stay, this isn't for you. We do not change linen/towels on a daily basis. However if you need your sheet changed or a new towel, please do ask for it. You can also request an iron, hot water bottle, hair dryer, weighing scale.
