The exclusively furnished loft is located in the new developed attic of 1723 built Palais Cavriani in prime city location between Graben and Kohlmarkt. The apartment measures approximately 143 square meter and has two bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, kitchen, anteroom, dressing room, bathroom (with shower, bath and double sink) and a separate toilet. The guest room is equipped with a double bed (spring box mattress), cloth rack, secretary and 42" flat-TV. The space If extended shopping trips or the hectic and bustling of the city creates a need for rest and relaxation, the loft offers our guests a quiet retreat in the heart of the city. The interplay of old oak wood planks, exposed roof structure (roof space with up to 5 meters height) and reduced but high-quality furnishings awakes a feeling of coziness, security and warmth. Except for the occasional ringing of church bells, you hardly notice anything of the hustle and bustle of the city. Well rested, you can plunge into the fray and explore all the designer shops like PRADA, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, ..., galleries, antique shops, museums and sights of the city in just a few minutes walk. Guest access Except for the rooms we personally use (bedroom, dressing room) we offer our guests all areas of the apartment to stay and relax. However, it is not desirable for our guests to cook in the kitchen themselves. The preparation of tea, coffee or instant meals (in the oven) is permitted. Other things to note Check-in is possible from 11:00am - check-out at latest by 10:45am. Depending on the check-out of the previous booking, cleaning may not be completed until 3:00pm. The guests can store their luggage's, but have to accept the presence of our cleaning staff until 3:00pm. Depositing suitcases after check-out is not possible!
