Seeing the sights of inner Hobart is a breeze from Buckley's location - a 5 minute stroll will take you into the heart of historic Battery Point to enjoy a delicious pastry at Jackman McRoss bakery or into bustling Salamanca to enjoy the market on a Saturday morning. When it is time to pick up some groceries for dinner or mail your postcards home, the shopping precinct of Sandy Bay is also only 5 minutes on foot. If you aren't planning on hiring a car whilst in Hobart, then Buckley's Rest is the perfect place to settle in! For those guests who do require parking, on-street spaces are available outside the entrance and the bus stop is only a few steps away. Parking is free, however 2 hour restricted during weekdays.
