Located in a very prestigious part of Dublin, with both a neighborhood vibe, in a quiet city center location. It opens onto a small lobby and modern and well equipped kitchen. The large and comfortable living and dining space has a feature gas fire and has doors opening out to an east-facing decked patio. This The space A set of stairs takes you upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a luxurious and generously proportioned suite and has a shower en suite bathroom. The Second bedroom, has a WC & shower room adjoining next to it. The 3rd bed is a comfy sofa bed which is set up in the living room ON REQUEST. There is free parking on Leeson Place in front of the house. However, as they aren’t reserved spaces, the spaces are subject to availability. Through the day and evening though cars leave so if there's no space when you arrive after a while a space will become available. Other things to note We’re happy to provide a travel cot for your stay. Just to clarify, in Ireland a “cot” refers to a baby crib, suitable for infants and young children. As cots are stored off-site, a small fee applies for delivery and collection. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure it’s delivered in time for your check-in. Kindly note that bedding and linen for the cot are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own
