This room is in a fully furnished 5-room shared apartment with only 3 min walks to Metro Wanlong Station. The room on this post is a very cozy single bed room with desk, windows, chair, AC, wardrobe, and shelves. Tenant will share the common area with other flatmates including a cozy living room with sofa & TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with washer and a shared bathroom ( shared by 4 tenants). One room in this flat is an ensuite room. The space The apartment is very close to Gongguan night market ( about 15 min walks) which has cinemas, restaurants, food courts, cafes and shops. The location is especially convenient for students from NTNU, NTU, and NTUST. - 15 min walks: NTUST & NTU - Less than 30min Public transport: NTUE, Taipei Tech, SooChow University, NTUB, NTNU - Direct bus to NCCU (40min) Apartment Facilities: High speed WIFI, MOD TV, washing machine, microwave, electric stove, oven, rice cooker, refrigerator, vacuum , water filter, kettle, fire extinguisher, elevator, and smoke detector. Twice cleaning service for the common area are also arranged. * We only offer mid to long lease ( 1 month to 1 year lease) so this is an ideal place for people who plan to live in Taipei on a mid to long term. Besides, all tenants will take turns to take out trash & recycle to trash truck nearby regularly. * The flat is in a quiet residential area, so please keep down any noise in the flat after 9:00 pm. No party allowed inside the flat. * Rent including all utilities fees, and two times cleaning service for common area per month. However, tenant will need to buy Taipei City issued trash bags by yourself. ( Residents in Taipei need to purchase specific trash bags issued by the government).
