All rooms have enough cupboard space with 15 hangers provided in each cupboard, some cupboards will be locked, where our private belongings are kept. Lovely big kitchen and scullery with big open sliding windows, with all crockery, cutlery provided. Smeg Gas and Electrical stove. Fridge freezer grocery space and essentials like oil and salt provided. The washing machine dishwasher etc. is in the scullery. Guests to provide own washing powder please. Back scullery fridge is not for guest use. There is a guest loo, formal lounge, informal tv lounge inside dining area and a kids playroom with toys books and sleeper couch. Wi-fi is available throughout the home. Wi-fi codes together with a copy of the house rules will be provided on arrival. OUTSIDE AREA: Own private pool. NO SECURITY NETT. Huge enclosed verandah and bar area, aswell as an outside undercover 10 seater dining area, overlooking the forest, pool and private garden. Cadac kettle braai and gas braai available. Front part of garden enclosed with fencing. You will often spot buck during the day, Bird watching, listen to the night life, play golf, dine at the Country club overlooking the golf course, with an awesome entertainment area and jungle gyms keeps the kiddies busy. Super safe. No Pets allowed unless they guide or service pets. Note cats live on property. Guest access You can either drive, walk or cycle where you want to be within the estate. Our driveway is steep, so please be careful driving in and out of the property. Space for 3 cars to park in the garage and driveway. If you need to make use of the garage for some reason, please request before your arrival. To gain access in and out of the estate, you would have to register with a biometric finger print at the Welcome centre. All guests to register with Passports or ID document at Welcome Centre upon arrival. There is a small fee per person upon registration. If you have friends that would like to come and visit during your stay, please contact me to send you an access code for their entry and exit. PLEASE NOTE - no friends that come for daily visits are allowed to stay over, unless you make prior arrangements with me. ONLY 8 guests max allowed to stay over, after the 8th guest, there will be an extra charge of R1700 p.p.p.n You will have access to HERON community centre that consist of a massive pool, Putt Putt, takeaways, ice creams, soft drinks for your own account, NO glass allowed, only plastic cups etc. You can access Dragonfly country club restaurant with a lovely menu and Drop zone bar overlooking the golf course, huge lovely jungle gym play area. Access to Kingfisher community centre, where there are braai facilities, kiddies jungle gym and kiddies small pool. 18 hole golf course - to prebook in advance for your own account. Gym, padel courts and country club bar with TVs. The food at dragonfly country club is delicious and well priced! Very child friendly. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES. Do not exceed speed limit of 30kms/hr as they do camera traps. Animals and children playing have right of way. There are cameras in and around the entire Simbithi to monitor.
