Beautiful semidetached Villa for a family group who want to spend a nice and relaxing holiday in this part of Italy that it is always a dream for everybody. Situated in a very convenient area of Praiano, just a few steps from shops, restaurants, bar and bus stop, it is an ideal place for a great vacation. The space The House is composed of two floors opening on the outstanding terraces and garden where a nice swimming pool with spa corner, facing the sea is situated. Wonderful nights can be spent having a dinner outdoor in a cool and relaxing atmosphere. The house is furnished in a mix of modern and traditional style and sleeps 6 adults and 1 or 2 children more can be accommodated. The main floor has a double and a single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a full equipped kitchen, a big living / dining room area and an outdoor terrace. From this floor an internal stair reaches the first floor where a double bedroom and another room with french bed share a bathroom. Here there is another terrace to enjoy the spectacular view of the garden, the town and the coast.
