This beautiful apartment is in a heritage property with lovely gardens leading to a private gate accessing seven shillings beach. It is whisper quiet. At night, should you choose to leave the verandah doors open, you can hear the tinkling of boat masts and the splashing of waves against the sea wall. There is a convenient pull accross insect screen for your protection. NB It is too delicate for stormy/windy nights, please take care. The space Fully self contained one bedroom apartment. Guest access The whole apartment and shared private gardens leading directly to the harbour are yours to enjoy. The beach is reached via the private garden stairs. NB If you are not comfortable with wide, carpeted stairs, this is not for you. The apartment is two floors below the main entrance. NB: the harbour is tidal & if you don’t want to wade to the beach at high tide you can walk the 5 mins down the road to the public pathway at the end of Saint Mervyns Ave onto the sand. To access & enjoy the best of Sydney there are frequent buses & ferries nearby. See Google Maps, TripAdvisor & TripView and please don’t hesitate to ask. Other things to note There are wall cupboards and small wooden chests in the living room which are private. They’re either locked or have internal camera protection or both.
