Just steps from the sand and in the perfect central area of Sunset. Walk to everything, restaurants like Captain Jacks for amazing Crab Legs or Taco surf for some Baja style Mexican food. Starbucks l, Golden Road brewery and Mother's Market are a one minute walk as well as plenty of Diners Like Woody's. Trader Joe's is just up the block as well so you can get all your groceries. Also just across the street is Huntington Harbor where you can paddleboard, rent kayaks or even take a boat cruise. If you are in the mood you can find for a cocktail you can find a couple of good ol' fashion dive bars as well. Live music and some local spots all in walking distance. Disneyland is about 19 miles away and easy drive. Knotts Berry farm is even closer. Bolsa Chica Nature Preserve is a great place for a morning hike and bird watching. A nice 3.5 mile loop over water, and land it is just up the block. With over 20 restaurants in walking distance no flavor is left behind. For all those who work remotely and want to work from the beach we are the place. Insanely fast wifi with 500mb upload 500mb download extremely fast. In addition to the dedicated workspace, we also offer laptop desks for you so you can set up in your beach chair and get to work while watching the waves crash and soaking in the sun. We aren't suggesting you should sip Mai Tais while your toes are in the sand at work, We are just saying you can..... You will have the entire place to yourself, with direct access to the beach. Almost all the neighbors are permanent residents so please be respectful of our neighbors. I am local as well and around the corner if you need anything. There are beach chairs inside the closet for you to use and sand toys for the kids. Walking or bikes is how you will likely get around. No need for the car much unless you are leaving the area. Parking your car is easy but make sure to do it right. There is a dedicated parking spot in the rear of the unit. This is a 3 car port and your spot is furthest to the right side when facing it. You can also park directly in front of the unit. DO NOT park in front of any other residence or in the lot across the way, you will be towed and our neighbors will be mad. We all respect each others spots. There is also the greenbelt grass area with tons of free easy parking. We are always available for our guests. We will have as little or as much interaction as you prefer. We are local and here for you when you need us. Text is easiest for us and we kind of go by the "We won't bother you unless you want us too". So enjoy your vacation or stay knowing you will not be bothered. Beautiful beaches, beautiful harbor, and tons of activities. Whether you want to soak up the sun laying on the beach, do a little surfing or paddleboard through the harbor. We look forward to your visit. Parking is a breeze, dedicated parking as well as plenty of parking just out front. Bikes, skateboards, or sandals are the best way to get around once you arrive. we have a couple new beach cruisers and a longboard for anyone to use. besides all the restaurants in the area there is a Mother's market directly across the street and a Trader Joe's just up the block. you couldn't ask for more all within a 2min area. We try to provide a very clean, fun, experience for your stay. There is a ton to do locally. The famous water tower is right behind the house. Huntington Beach Pier is just up the road and lots of shopping on Main St. Pacific City is another great spot for shopping and food downtown. Sea Legs at the Beach is a fun spot on the beach with live music food and drinks. Bolda Chica Wetlands offer an amazing nature hike with wonderful wildlife just a few blocks up the road. You will enjoy beautiful Coastal views, Harbor views and even the snowcapped mountains. Very few places in the world you can enjoy all three from the same spot.
