Condo in Madrid

CENTRAL. Clean and quiet room with comfy double bed, closet and a/c. Next to it, private bathroom. The flat is bright and within walking distance or by metro to everything in Madrid. It has a leafy terrace with herbs and trees. The space South facing flat close to everything walking or by Metro (Lines 3, 4, 6 and 7). It has a bright and relaxing lounge with dinning table, leather sofa, big window and a door to a leafy terrace with fruit trees and aromatic herbs. The wide kitchen is well equipped: microwave, oven, blender, citrus juicer, kettle, dishwasher and many other things to make you feel just at home. * Parking: There´s a paying parking next door and another around the corner ( I can send you the prices list). Parking in the street is free M-F from 21:00 until 9:00 hrs and Sat from 15:00 hrs until Mon 9:00am. * The building: Is part of 7 buildings constructed around a pedestrian square with open-air terraces. The square is private, but open to the public. It has a huge entry hall and elevator . The building is located in the very safe area of Moncloa/Arguelles. During Spanish working hours we have a doorman. Off working hours, we have private security checking the 7 buildings and the pedestrian square. During your stay I´m easygoing, and an experienced traveler. I will be more than happy to give you as much information as possible to make your trip to Madrid unforgettable. Other things to note The household cleaning products are all ecological. The laundry soap is natural. The washing soap, bathing soap and shampoo are parabens free. Free cookies.
