Our apartment is placed in Royal City, one of the most bustling shopping malls in Vietnam, where you can find everything: supermarkets, fashion stores, cinemas, Korean and Western restaurants, gym, pools and play grounds for kids. It is the luxury residence, safe sercurity with strong wifi and smart television. A washing machine is placed in bathroom for free use. Nearby locations: * Noi Airport 29 Km 40 mins * Temple of Literature 6 Km 20 mins * Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum 5 Km 20 mins The space The place is secured due to receptionists and security system with guards and camera on 24/7. The door is locked by passcode so that you don’t need to bring a key side by side. It takes you few minutes to go from the apartment to the mall for shopping and dining in famous restaurants without any difficulties. Guest access You will have full usage of the apartment and all amenities inside. We’re sorry to say that the gym and swimming pool are not accessible for short term tenants.
