At Russell Falls Holiday Cottages we have 4 fully self contained Cottages, there are 3 one bedroom Cottages and a 2 Bedroom Cottage. Right at the entrance to Mt Field on the Tyenna River. Also stay and save discounts are not available with air bnb bookings. All cottages are lovely and in a great location. So much to see and do in this area The space Cottage four has one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Sleeps four comfortably in the same room. There is also a sofa couch that can be an extra double bed for children only. All cottages have a self contained kitchen, dining, lounge, laundry, bathroom and outside decking. Walking distance to Russell falls which has been voted the best waterfall in Tasmania! Guest access Cottages are located on a large property with two sides being the Tyenna river. Guests can walk over entire property and enjoy the open grassed area great for family fun, enjoy the River and the small beach area at the back of property. Walk into Mt Field National park where there us a kids park, bbq areas, and many short and long walks. There is also a cafe at the National Park. Other things to note The closest supermarket is at New Norfolk and it is recommended to bring your food with you to cottages as there is not much choice for meals. We do provide you with a bbq upon request but if you are purchasing a park pass you are able to use the great bbq facilities at Mt Field National Park which is a two minute from our cottages. National Park Hotel serve great meals, but their restaurant is not perm 7 nights, so best to find out. Westerway a very small town 15mins away has a really good fish and chip shop with a selection of meals.
