Total RM 260 will be collected upon booking. (1) Please KEEP CLEAN , Wash Up ALL Utensils after use and return to original state. (2) PETS is NOT ALLOWED INSIDE the Homestay. (3) All rubbish MUST packed and throw into Garbage Bin which located just outside of the gate. (4) NO SHOES INSIDE the Homestay (5) NO SMOKING INSIDE the Homestay. If found the cigarettes smell or butt. RM200 will be charge. (6) Quite hour after 1030pm to avoid disturbances to neighbors and keep the sound level low (7) Kindly take care our Mother Earth. Do conserve electricity. When leaving the Homestay, please TURN OFF air-conditioners, lights and fans (8) Park your cars responsibly. Do not block the entrance to neighbors houses. (9) If you are decorating the Homestay in any way. Please inform us in advance and use white-tack and no others types of tape as it may cause the paint to peel. RM200 required to charge as paint and labors fees (10) Do not take any spare mattress, blankets, pillows and bedsheet without permission. Taken prior informed is consider charge (11) If items inside the home stay is missing, broken ,damage or unremovable stain, fees will be collected to replace the new one. (12) We will collect additional charges for guests above 11 pax.
