Hilltop Ski Chalet, Jindabyne

Your next trip to the Snowy Mountains will be in luxury in our chalet located close to Perisher and Thredbo ski fields. It is a brand new, architecturally designed townhouse, part of 6 on a large block. The chalet has a north facing aspect, with sun heating the upstairs level to keep the rooms toasty, even in the cold winter temps and boasts views of the surrounding snow topped mountain peaks. The space Our chalet consists of a modern, open plan living space, raked ceilings and gorgeous mountain inspired interiors to give you a touch of cabin romance that you may not even want to leave to visit the surrounding snow fields! The furnishings are of high quality, and have carefully been chosen to make your stay in the alpine town of Jindabyne as cosy as possible. There is a full kitchen, featuring gas stove top, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and many appliances, including Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, toaster and kettle. Saddle up on the leather stools to enjoy your meal and a glass of wine on the breakfast bench, complete with Tasteology condiments, with salt derived from the Great Barrier Reef. Adjacent to the kitchen is the lounge room on one side, with large windows showcasing the beautiful mountainous view. An L shaped lounge, two leather arm chairs and an ottoman provide ample seating for the family to enjoy watching some television on our Samsung Smart TV with Netflix access. On the other side of the kitchen, you will find a large dining table, which provides bench seating on one side, and chairs on the other. We’ve got poker chips, cards and board games to keep you entertained long into the evening. You can retire after a long day on the slopes in the incredibly comfortable Queen bed in the master bedroom, or one of the two King Single beds in the guest bedroom. Both rooms feature hanging wall heaters to ensure you remain warm during your stay in the mountains. Both bathrooms feature waterfall shower heads for a relaxing recovery soak and pendant hanging lights set in wooden cabinetry. There is a small drying room where wet items can be hung after a day on the slopes and four hooks to hang surplus ski gear. Three ski / snowboard racks are mounted on the walls to store your sporting goods. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry which can be utilized by guests. The chalet is 1 of 6 and our neighbours are awesome. Please be respectful to them. Guest access Guests are welcome to all rooms of the chalet. We provide a starter kit of Nespresso coffee pods, tea, milk and sugar. There is also a welcome pack of snacks for guests. You are welcome to use any items in the kitchen pantry and fridge, however we request that if items are used, that they are then replaced. The cupboard in the kitchen closest to the TV and the storage cupboard under the stairs which are locked are unavailable to guests. Other things to note Please note, the kitchen bench tops are laminate, and heat mats, provided in the pantry, will need to be utilised when any hot items are placed on the counter top.
