The location is great for those who wish to make excursions, to discover wineries of the Chianti Classico and for living a very healty and relaxing vacation. The village is very peaceful and has few groceries, bars and wine bars. The bus stop to Florence is just one minute walking from the house. Excluded from the price of rental: We can not offer our guests any of those services or items which can be usually found in other form of tourist accomodation like : breakfast, food, cleaning, change of linen or towels and any other item like toilet paper, toiletries or others . You should take care of garbage, cleaning and buy your own important items during your stay. You can shop in the nearby shops or supermarket . - you can enjoy our nearby restaurants - breakfast : there are plenty of bars just at a short walking distance. - In winter the heating is paid apart. ( A medium consume corresponds approximately to 5 to 10 euros per day ) Check in : SELF CHECK IN . this offers you the possibility to enter the unit whenever you wish after 4pm. Check out : Usually from 8.30 am to 10 am ( later check out should be arranged with us otherwise our maids will knock the door by 10am to clean). Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal ! The building has 2 more apartments with very friendly people who work the whole day. The pizzeria- restaurant below offers you the possibility to have dinner or take away fresh pasta dishes or even pizza. Mostly closed uring the day. Most of our guests love the apartment also for this: they can travel during the day and return home enjoying a fresh dish without walking too far! Other things to note The apartment is very close to SITA bus stop to Florence and Siena. From here you can start nice walks around our landscape or real trekking trails. Dario Cecchini " the famous butcher " is just 200 mt walk from the apartment. Panzano is a very cozy village with great hospitality and lovely views and surrounding. It is a hidden treasure of Chianti with the BEST PRODUCTION of wines of Chianti Classico. It is the home of the famous butcher Dario Cecchini . A visit or meal by him is an experience worth to try! Here you find also a lot of talented professional artists and artisans. Life in Panzano village is very quite and relaxed. Enjoy it! Greve in chianti is only 5 km, where is located our cityhall - you can find also a first aid center AVG - more shops and more resturants. You can reach Greve by bus in 10 minutes.
