We've been married for 47 years. It's been over 100 years since my father-in-law settled here. My husband's great-grandfather settled here. It was 1988, 10 years after I got married, that I built the brick house I have now. My father-in-law built it. After that, I started gardening in 2002. Recently, my husband and I retired and added an extension to live with my mother. I added a new building slightly larger than the old one to the back of the old building, and after breaking through the walls of the old building and creating a connecting passage through two arches, I remodeled the whole thing, and a lot of people really like my house. It's an unexpectedly modern house in a quiet rural village. I was out on the air as well. It was introduced to a house where two generations lived and had both communication and privacy. There is a plum farm maintained by a hermit nearby, so it is perfect for a walk for about an hour. The space It's an attic but has separate bedrm with bathrm and living dining room. Inclined ceiling gives you cozy feeling and comfort. On the second floor (attic), there is a bedroom, a kitchen, and a living room, and you can enjoy the countryside view from the spacious rooftop terrace. It's convenient because there's a dining kitchen. The sloping ceiling gives you a cozy atmosphere. Despite being close enough to go to downtown Cheongju in 25 minutes, it is a very quiet and pleasant rural village atmosphere. In the spacious garden, ponds, pavilions, and pagodas are naturally located here and there, so just staying at home can be healing. In fact, some guests just stayed at home all day and took a break. There was also a couple who spent the day in a tent on the lawn because the yard was spacious. However, please note that the entrance is shared with the owner generation living downstairs. However, there is no inconvenience to each other because you enter the front door and go straight to the second floor. And, if guests want, we serve a Western-style breakfast in the host's restaurant downstairs. This is a great opportunity for guests and hosts to interact. You can see the morning sunrise through the window facing east, and you can see the yard of my house through the window facing west.
