The Cottage is located just 15 minutes from Chatham, 20 minutes from Hudson and Kinderhook, 30 minutes from Catskill and Great Barrington (MA), and a short drive from several conservation areas offering picturesque walking & hiking trails managed by the Columbia Land Conservancy. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 7.5 acre property. The cottage shares a driveway with the adjacent property where the owner and his family reside. Please respect their privacy and the surrounding neighbors' property boundaries. Other things to note We require a 3-night minimum. Sorry - no pets or animals, the owner is highly allergic.
