THiS IS A FAMILY HOME (EXPECT SOME NOISES). Town house is in north western of Melbourne and a park with Maribyrnong river view. 10-15 mins walk to Highpoint Shopping Centre, Maribyrnong Sport School, Footscray Hospital (Western Health) River, Parks and Aquatic Centre with Pool are also very close by. Tram and bus stops are nearby appx. 5-10 mins walk. Distance from/to Melbourne International Airport ard 35 mins away. Located +/- 12 kms from CBD. About 45-55 mins by public transportation to CBD. The space It is a family townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. You will have your own private room and privacy. You will share the bathroom occasionally with my two sons. No one will share the guest toilet and bathroom. House equipped with everything you need. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO AIRCON inside the room however a fan is provided and central air conditioning is outside the room. During summer (especially on hot day and we cannot control the weather) the room can be hot. IF this is an issue please do not bother to choose our accommodation. Our boys' toys will be lying around in our common living room area. Let us know in advance if these are bothering you rather than leaving us an unfavorable ratings after your stay. OR please DO NOT bother to inquiry to stay in our place if you cannot accept these conditions. We have provided and described the house situation as transparent as we can. PLEASE always check or search our townhouse location online to ensure it suits your needs while staying in Melbourne. RATHER THAN give us unfavorable rating due to LOCATION. We assume you already have some knowledge of Melbourne Victoria area and what are your destinations while in Melbourne. Guest access You will have access to all areas of the townhouse and facilities within townhouse except for the master and third bedroom. Our kitchen is fully equipped and we encourage you to use this space like it is your own. We also provide shelf and fridge space for your consumables. Please note we are sharing the kitchen and sometime it can be a bit crowded. Please let us know if you need more spaces to make your meals, we are more than happy to accommodate your needs. We clean our kitchen at reasonable time as we have 2 kids at home. During your stay We are couple husband & wife with 2 boys aged 9 and 7 years live in the house. They may make some noises in the morning when they wake up to get ready for school but generally they are good boys and sleep through the night. Please DO NOT expect to stay like in a HOTEL arrangement. We are easy going family and enjoying quiet and relaxing time at home as well as interaction with our guests. PLEASE NOTE: Our boys' toys will be lying around in the living room area. Let us know in advance if these are bothering you rather than leaving us an unfavorable ratings at the end of your stay. We had provided and described the house situation as much as we can. Other things to note ANY UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATION WILL BE DISCUSSED AND SOLVED ACCORDINGLY. Your bedroom comes with double bed. The room is located upstair. You will have access to unlimited WIFI. Speed is reasonable fast but don't expect super fast. Video streaming is good. We will lend you (if needed) the Myki Melbourne public transport card to get starting your journey. We can share tips, ideas and recommendations to get around Melbourne.
