A beautiful and large independent house on three levels, with a beautiful view, in the center of the village of Tholaria. On a very quiet street but close to restaurants and shops. The house has a large patio and two terraces overlooking the islands of Naxos and Donousa and the ancient archaeological site of Vigla. Ideal for up to 8-9 people, it can accommodate up to 10 on request. The space 4 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen, large living room, large patio and 2 rooftop terraces. The bedrooms are suitably isolated from each other and from the living area: Upstairs there is one of the double bedrooms and a single bedroom, both with a large desk. If requested, the desk in the single room can be replaced with a bed for a tenth comfortable place. They share a bathroom with a large shower. The two bedrooms have access to the large roof terraces, one with stone seats and tables. On the middle floor there is the large kitchen, fully furnished and with a dishwasher, with a round dining table for 6 people, and the living room, large and furnished with the traditional Greek sofa. The second double bedroom is accessible from the living room and has a desk, a nice balcony on the patio and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The fourth bedroom, on the ground floor, has direct access to the patio and is equipped with a double bed and a third large bed (1.20 m also suitable for two children) with a private bathroom with shower. The patio is partially shaded, has a large stone table that can accommodate 12 people and a beautiful summer hammock. A large storage space is accessible from the patio and has a washing machine and space to store luggage. Guest access The house is rented in its entirety and can only be used by those who rent it. The rooms are made available according to the number of people booked and according to the agreements. The access road to the house is passable by cars but is very narrow.
