Welcome to our warm, welcoming home. You'll be staying in a large double bedroom, and will have your own bathroom facilities. I can provide you with complementary Wi-Fi, a desk, hair dryer, bathrobe, plus some toiletries. There is a ceiling fan in your bedroom and central gas heating throughout. This is a smoke-free home. I offer a continental breakfast of cereal, toast and spreads, tea or coffee. I'll be here to welcome you and I have brochures about places of interest and places to eat. The space As this is an older house it has its quirks but these are no barrier to a guest's safety and comfort. We'd love to welcome you if you're travelling for business or pleasure. There's a standard free-to-air television with Chromecast in the guest bedroom (connects to streaming app via your phone) and a desk and chair. We also have Wi-Fi which you're welcome to use (no downloading movies though, please). Guest access Private guest bedroom, plus a dining room and lounge area which are both shared spaces, and a separate guest bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. (Not ensuite.) During your stay I'm around most of the time as I mainly work from home. I offer a continental breakfast - wholegrain toast and a variety of spreads, muesli, cereal, tea or coffee. I can also offer yogurt or a fruit compote in season. Milk is lactose-free. I've prepared a folder of tourist information, plus a folder of house requests, regarding rubbish disposal, Wi-Fi codes, etc. I'll try to help out with information about the area, and I have maps to help you find your way around. Other things to note There's a heap of information on what to see etc., in the folders containing tourist brochures. One folder outlines the areas around Hamilton, and the other deals more with the coastal towns and places of interest in the surrounding areas.
