Perfect location for people who are working are, 'in between', moving to the area/house/circumstances, or wanting to get away. Suitable for long term stay. The Studio bright & airy with double bed, sofa, table & chairs, fully fitted kitchen, washing machine & separate bathroom . Smart TV is viewable from both the sofa & bed, and with super fast fibre internet! With solar generated electricity. The space The Studio will happily and comfortably fit 2 people. The Studio is bright and airy benefiting from 3 large roof lights (with black out blinds). It is open plan with a double bed, sofa, dining table and chairs, a fully fitted kitchen and washing machine. There is a separate bathroom with shower, sink and WC. The Smart TV is viewable from both the sofa and the bed (the internet is fibre and very fast if you want to work or steam films). The heating is included and there is constant hot water. Outside there is a small enclosed courtyard with seating. The Studio is perfect for those who are working away or from home or are between homes and want a longer let. Guest access Guests can enjoy our 7 acre smallholding, we keep poultry, sheep, bees and have a woodland, natural spring and ponds with fantastic views of our Somerset valley. There are beautiful walks to be enjoyed from there Studio in the Cam valley. What is more , we are only 7 miles from Bath, or a 20 minute journey by car. There is also a private car park. Other things to note The Studio is a little bolt hole for you to get away from it all! All heating, bills, towels, bedlinen and cleaning are included. For longer stays, we include a change of bed linen and towels every 10-14 days. All roads in and out of the village are single track.
