Luxury, ground floor apartment on Eden Island, featuring three ensuite bedrooms with open plan, indoor-outdoor living. This sea facing apartment has spectacular views from the wrap around patio as well as two of the well fitted bedrooms. The space The fully equipped kitchen greets guests on arrival and contains all the necessities for a great holiday, including Miele appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine). The kitchen leads into an open plan dining and living area, seating six guests comfortably. The undercover patio has two loungers, a relaxing outside seating area, and an 8 seater dining table. The patio area can be enclosed with shutters in bad weather. Air conditioning is available in each bedroom as well as the main living and dining areas, with fans installed throughout the apartment, making your stay a comfortable one. Bedroom 1 Bedroom one features a king bed with an open plan bathroom with a double basin, shower and separate toilet. The main bedroom has fitted cupboards and double doors opening up onto a small, private patio with spectacular sea views. Bedroom 2 Bedroom two features a king bed with an open plan bathroom with a single basin, shower and separate toilet. Bedroom two has fitted cupboards and has double doors opening up onto the main patio area with spectacular sea views. Bedroom 3 Bedroom three features two twin beds with an open plan bathroom with a single basin, shower and separate toilet (this toilet has dual access doors which can also be utilised as a guest bathroom). Bedroom two has fitted cupboards and double doors opening up onto a private courtyard. Guest access Eden Island Facilities Guests have access to all of Eden Islands facilities including 3 swimming pools (one of which is 150 meters from the apartment), a fitness centre, padel courts, tennis courts, multiple restaurants and a casino. There is a small shopping centre ‘’Eden Island Plaza’’ situated close to the apartment with a variety of shops, restaurants and Marina access. Other things to note A golf cart is provided for transport around Eden Island. To see the most of what Seychelles has to offer, we can arrange a day trip on Amarula II (a 32 foot power catamaran) which is docked directly in front of the apartment. The power cat is a hydrofoil ensuring a comfortable ride. The friendly crew can arrange a snorkelling trip to the surrounding islands or a fishing trip.
