Requirements of daily amenities of any type are within the reach of this locality. We have three luxe spacious bedrooms which can accommodate up to four persons with an extra bed in each room. Additionally, we have one room that can accommodate three guests. Each bedroom is provided with a flat TV, phone extension, and a facility for having hot tea/ coffee besides spacious wardrobes. Three out of four rooms have attached well-kept bathrooms with clean towels, toiletries, hair dryers, and a hot water supply. And to run in line with the modern era, Palm 34 has free Wi-Fi available With 24-hour electricity backed up by an inverter, your comfort is our priority. You are only allowed to smoke in the balconies or the terrace! All the damages during the stay are to be paid by guests and the charges are dependable on the damage caused. The amount mentioned by the management will be final to be paid by guest Please leave the property in place like you were handed over during your stay Puking and smoking in the bathrooms or on the floor will not be acceptable and a fine of Rs 2000 will be charged Feel free to use the kitchen and make sure you clean the utensils, otherwise Rs 300 will be charged as utensils cleaning No loud music is allowed at the property Any additional guest entering the property, even for day use, will be charged Rs 1000.
