* 2500 PhP for 1 room with AC (inclusive of breakfast good for 2 people) Our beach house has 7 rooms available. Each room can be rented separately. You can choose whichever room you like. Common T&B. Free WiFi. Fresh linens & towels. The space Ginatilan Beach Resort is owned and operated by the family of Karlheinz Fehringer, a German businessman and his wife Maricel Fehringer. The place currently offers 7 rooms. Proper identification (eg. passports, goverment IDs) would be required when checking in. Transport service, food and excursion packages can be availed of per request and need to be paid separately. Guests have access to all the offered facilities of the beach house, like the lounge area by the bar, dining area, terrace on the 2nd floor and bamboo raft by the sea. The hosts and owners of Ginatilan Beach Resort might not always be present but if they are they always interact with their guests and could go along on excursions. When they are abroad or out of town, a caretaker and the remaining family are always there to help and keep the place tidy. Local public transportation is easily available. Air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned buses from Cebu City take about 4-5 hours going to Ginatilan. Private vans and taxis are also available but more costly. Within the town proper motorized tricycles and pedicabs can be hired for a cheap fare to get around to nearby areas. Children and pets are allowed. The parents or pet-owners are held accountable for their safety. Ginatilan Beach Resort is a child-friendly environment. Children can roam around freely and play by the beach side but parents are highly advised to keep an eye on them in case of accidents. Inambakan Falls, one of the lesser known waterfalls in Cebu, is located nearby. Guest access Guests can access the lounge area upstairs and the bar & dining area downstairs at all times. The bamboo float by the sea is also free to use.
