My house is 150 meters from the Baldo degli Ubaldi Metro A stop. You can reach St. Peter's and the Vatican Museums with just two Metro stops. A few metro or bus stops to Termini station, Piazza di Spagna, Castel S. Angelo, Trastevere. The area has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay: supermarkets, restaurants, shops (400 meters walk from the IDI, 4.6 km from the Policlino Gemelli, 1.7 km from the Ergife hotel: home to public competitions and congresses) The space The house (75 sqm plus 1 terrace and 2 balconies) is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a four-story building in a quiet and peaceful private street. Consisting of: a comfortable entrance with a small desk as a workstation, a large double bedroom (with a possible baby cot) and a TV, a bedroom with a 140 double sofa bed and a wall-mounted table as a second workstation, a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi, a living room with two sofas and a TV, a full kitchen with electric oven, microwave, kettle, American coffee machine, moka pot for Italian coffee, toaster, fridge and freezer, stove with safety valve, two balconies (where there is a washing machine, clothes dryer and a sink with hot and cold water), and finally a terrace equipped with a canopy, with a table and chairs to enjoy the cool evening in summer or the warm sun on beautiful winter days for the exclusive use of the apartment. Fast and unlimited WI-FI (fiber optic) works perfectly throughout the house. Guest access The house is entirely available for guests' use (except for a small interior space without windows used by the owners as a storage room). Equipped with a security door at the entrance and security grilles on the windows. It has a large equipped terrace where you can smoke (smoking is not allowed inside the apartment). Other things to note The tourist tax (€5.00 per person for the first 10 days of your stay) is charged directly by the platform.
