Villa Beril is located on the Çukurbağ Peninsula, just outside the town. It enjoys uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean, small, scattered islands, and the Taurus mountain range. The view is stunning particularly during sunset. All three storeys (top, middle, and pool) are perfectly suited for your comfort and privacy. The seaside, the pool, the garden and the parking lot area are all private, and reserved for guest use only. Top floor: Large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and fabulous view from large, shaded balcony; two large twin rooms, and a family bathroom. Middle floor: Open-plan area including a living room, dining space, full fitted kitchen, and WC. LG Smart TV and LG bluetooth sound system (soundbar and subwoofer). Large terrace facing the fantastic view includes an alfresco dining table with a ceiling fan and a lounge area. Pool level: A large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is present with a private entrance. The poolside terrace has a shaded and fully equipped kitchen along with a large, shaded alfresco dining table right outside the kitchen with a large ceiling fan above it. A table tennis table is available on the poolside terrace. The large infinity pool (6x12x1.90) does not contain any chemicals in its healthy silky water; the natural salt chlorination system provides swimming experience without itchy skin, red eyes, and chemical odors. Poolside showers are available. The garden has been established with jacaranda, acacia, oleander, pepper, lemon, and olive trees, colorful bougainvilleas and flowers. The private steps through the garden leads you down to the seaside platforms. A teak walkway leading to the ladder provides comfortable access to the sea. The villa is surrounded by the partly shaded large terraces that provide privacy and peaceful relaxation. The partly shaded parking lot is large enough for 4 cars. Murat (English, German) will greet you in the villa in my stead and will brief you on whatever information about the villa and Kaş that you may need. A residential area with private, detached villas with a free and calm environment, suitable for the enjoyment of adults and children alike. There are dolmuş' passing by every 20 minutes. Yellow cabs are frequent, fixed price of 25TL between Kaş (Centrum) and the Çukurbağ Peninsula. Car rental is advised. Private, secure parking area is available. There are two nearby airports, guests can get to the listing with public transportation. All children are welcome, but young children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the pool area and stairs. If you would like full cleaning and bed/towel change this can be arranged for 100 dollars per. 5% discount for bookings of 2 weeks and longer.
