Casa Albera - with a pool and fantastic views

This house is located 5 min by car from the beach of Roses. It has spectacular and unbeatable views towards Roses, the sea and the bay. The house has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. The living room and kitchen are large and there is a lot of light in the house. Both the living room and each bedroom have access to the terrace that goes around the house and from the terrace you can see the pool and the garden. Other things to note Check-in after 20:00 is possible with an extra charge of €30. All services are included except final cleaning (€250). A tourist tax of €1.93/day applies per person over 16 years old. Please note that the pool is closed during the winter months. Electric vehicles may not be charged at the property. In case of any resulting extraordinary electricity consumption, the guest may be asked to pay the additional cost. The house can be rented monthly from November to March. The rent is €1,300/month. Electricity is not included in the rent. A €1,300 security deposit is required and will be refunded upon check-out, provided everything is in order.
