The space This designer studio, set in the heart of Cooks Hill, offers you the opportunity to make the most of everything Newcastle has on offer all within walking distance. It's ideal for professionals working here on short-term contracts or those looking for extended holidays. Currently we are taking extended stays only with a minimum of 1 month. The studio is completely private and has a seperate access via a lane way. The studio is complete with luxury European styled bathroom, full kitchen appliances and cooking utensils, laundry and Queen bed with quality Egyptian Cotten bedding. There is nothing you need bring. The studio won HIA award in 2018 for 'Best Affordable Housing' built by award-winning builder, PB Quality constructions and award-winning architects, Bourne and Blue. Guest access Guests can access the studio via a shared lane. The studio, designed by Bourne and Blue, was built with complete privacy in mind and is seperate from the Victorian terrace.
