It comes with a full kitchen, laundry with washer dryer, spacious bedroom, large walk-in shower, split system air-conditioning, wifi, great security, serene setting and a great outlook. This annex is close to public transport, Jandakot airport, Fiona Stanley hospital, shopping centres and ARC sports centre. We have free parking available in our drive. You will need to walk through our back garden to access the granny flat but we ask that you respect our privacy. Guests have a verandah at the front of the annexe with table and chairs which you are welcome to use. However, we ask that you do not use our back garden or patio area for your own use.
