All the main rooms are equipped with air conditioning thanks to three independent splits, for maximum comfort in every season ❄️☀️. Guests can use a fully equipped kitchen. Public transport is conveniently at your fingertips: the subway in the square under the building takes you anywhere in a few minutes 🚇 — 3 stops to the Central Station, 7 to Piazza Duomo (about 12 minutes). Check-in to use the house 100% is from 2:00 p.m. onwards, check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Before 11 a.m., it will not be possible to access the apartment, even to leave your luggage; from 11 a.m. onwards, there will be no problem in using the accommodation to leave your luggage, but I will need enough time to clean the apartment and prepare it for you. Cleaning expenses include general cleaning of the rooms, clean linens and towels; I ask you to leave the kitchen and any dishes you might use clean. If dirty dishes are left in the sink and in the apartment, you will be asked for €8 for additional cleaning. Check-in after 11:00 p.m. requires a fee of 40 euros to be paid in cash at the time of check-in!
