Bright Double Room with private bathroom

Lovely light and airy comfy double room with your own private bathroom. The space Originally built in 1895, the house was completely renovated in 2011. It maintains its classic period character whilst providing for all modern living needs. The guest rooms are situated on the second floor with the dining and drawing room on the ground floor. The house is large enough to offer you your own space so you won't feel crowded and you'll have as much privacy as you like. Guest access Guests have a large and comfortable bedroom with a comfy double bed with their own private bathroom. The bathroom I allocate for this bedroom is half a floor below but totally private and dedicated to guests in this room. You can also use the drawing room with TV when you want. There is Wifi and internet access on every floor of the house. I provide all the usual amenities on arrival including toiletries, bedlinen, bath towels, tea and coffee making facilities. I do not provide toiletries or new towels on a daily basis but I will provide fresh linen and towels for guests staying more than 6 nights. The bathroom has towels radiators which will help dry used towels, I try to be eco friendly with laundry. You have access to the paved and decked garden or roof terrace (which is near to your bedroom). Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house at all. Smoking is allowed on this terrace or in the garden. Basic Breakfast (cereals, tea/coffee, juice, toast and croissants etc), is served in dining room. We discourage guests from bringing back takeaway food to eat in their room and we don’t provide kitchen use. We do not allow guests to bring other people into the house unless it is previously agreed. During your stay We are happy to help and advise you on anything that you might need or want to do during your stay. Other things to note PARKING, You have to pay for on-Street parking in 99% of Brighton. Our street is pay by phone or via online. It costs just over £7:60 per 24 hours. Although signs on the street say 11 hours maximum that is just the daily period, parking is free from 8pm until 9am and you can pay for several days in advance.
