The uninterrupted ocean views are what make this the best place to stay at Windy Harbour. Relax and unwind in this front row beach shack. Originally built in the 1950s it now has a few creature comforts like a gas heater, gas hot water and gas stove as the settlement has no mains power. A small solar system provides lights for the evening, also runs the TV/DVD, can also charge laptops and keeps the fridge/freezer nice and cold. The space NO LINEN PROVIDED. The main living room overlooks the ocean as well as one of the bedrooms. The last bedroom has also been set up as a games room for children. There are 1 double bed, 2 queen beds. Guests must provide their own linen. Doonas and pillows are provided. Guest access Guests can bring their dogs however they can only stay in the foyer in the house as we have guests with dog allergies or tied up under the house as there are no fences. There is a dog beach. As you turn into the settlement turn left into Aurora Drive. Sheerwater is the 5th house on the Oceanside of Windy Harbour drive, It is a beige and white cottage. Park near the Oceanside as there is a ramp for ease of unloading. Other things to note Please remember to bring your own linen including sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towels. Please no hair dryer, or other electrical appliances as the solar system is not large enough to operate these items. Laptops, cameras and phones can be charged. NO PARTIES are allowed.
