Total floor area is 58 square meters with three (3) bedrooms, spacious living room, dining room/kitchen, toilet/bathroom and a lanai. It is fully furnished including cooking and dining paraphernalia. Bed capacity is up to eleven (11) people; extra mattresses are available for a fee to accommodate more people. The space Features & Amenities: 1. Guests have close access to the host/owner of the property since she and her staff lives in the same floor of the condo, a few meters away; 2. The host has been awarded the badge of "Superhost" by Airbnb; 3. A mini store exclusively for guests where they could buy basic necessities such as toiletries and light snacks; 4. Our Condo Units, which are 3 floors below the parking area are level with the road at the back and the Barangay Hall. Our units are not considered underground; these have windows and/or open-air lanais.
